This Privacy Policy describes how G0B3X Telematics collects, uses, and protects information when you use Autolongevity, including our website at autolongevity.app and our Android app distributed via Google Play.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and data generated by your use of the Service:

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
• Vehicle and usage data: vehicles, maintenance records, fuel logs, mileage, reminders, expenses, oil analysis, documents, and related notes you enter.
• Uploaded files: photos or documents you attach (e.g. invoices, vehicle images).
• Preferences: language, theme, feature settings, and notification preferences.
• Subscription and licensing: license status, trial information, and transaction references when you purchase premium access (payment card details are processed by Stripe, not stored by us).
• Google Drive backup (optional): if you connect Google Drive, we store OAuth tokens needed to upload and restore your backups to your Google account.
• Home Assistant integration (optional): API tokens you create for smart-home integrations.
• Technical and security data: session cookies, IP address, browser or device type, approximate location (city and country derived from IP address), and server logs needed to operate and secure the Service. We also store a fingerprint of your browser and operating system to recognize trusted devices and detect sign-ins from new devices.

3. How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• Store and display your vehicle and maintenance data;
• Process subscriptions and license entitlements via Stripe;
• Perform optional Google Drive backups you request;
• Send service-related communications (e.g. password reset, new sign-in security alerts, administrator notices when new accounts are created);
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and technical issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal basis (EEA / UK users)

Where applicable under GDPR, we process data based on:

• Contract: to provide the Service you signed up for;
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, and service improvement;
• Consent: where you opt in (e.g. optional integrations);
• Legal obligation: where required by law.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to operate the Service. They process data only as needed to provide their services:

• Stripe — subscription payments (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Google — optional Google Drive backup via OAuth (Google Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security in front of our website (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on registration/login where enabled.
• ip-api.com — approximate city and country lookup from IP address for security emails and fraud prevention (only when a public IP address is available; results are cached briefly on our servers).

Links to third-party sites are not covered by this policy.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security (CSRF protection), and remembering your preferences. These are required for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

We retain your account and vehicle data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected], or by using our account deletion page. Signed-in users can also delete their account under Profile → Delete Account. We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate security purposes (for example, records of recognized devices and sign-in activity for a reasonable period).

8. Data security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• Export your data (backup/export features in Settings);
• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located in the European Union or other countries. We take appropriate safeguards when data is transferred internationally.

12. Android app (Google Play)

Our Android app is a Trusted Web Activity (TWA) that opens the same Autolongevity website. Data collection and use are the same as described in this policy. The app does not collect additional categories of data beyond what the website collects.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
