Request account deletion

You can delete your Autolongevity account and associated data using either method below.

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to Autolongevity at autolongevity.app or in the Android app.
2. Open Profile (from the menu).
3. Scroll to Delete Account.
4. Confirm with your password.

This permanently deletes your account and associated vehicle, maintenance, fuel, mileage, reminder, document, and related data stored for that account.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

Include:

• The email address of the account to delete
• The subject line: Autolongevity account deletion request
• A short confirmation that you want the account and associated data deleted

We will verify ownership and process the request. Account deletion requests submitted by email are typically completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account profile (name, email, password hash, preferences)
• Vehicles and related logs (maintenance, fuel, mileage, reminders, expenses, oil analysis)
• Documents and uploaded files for that account
• Backup tokens / Google Drive connection for that account (if configured)
• Home Assistant API tokens for that account (if configured)

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or accounting (for example Stripe payment references). Those records are not used to restore your account.

Export your data first

Before deleting, you may export a backup from Settings → Backup (if available on your plan).
